There are little silicone things you can slide on the tips of the glasses arms that help them stay on due to friction. Mine came in black, brown, and 'clear' which is really more whitish. Depending on your hair color, they might blend in pretty well.

I had a similar issue with all of our lab's provided glasses being too big, so I ordered a pair that were meant for women. I swear there's something weird about my nose/facial proportions that mean appropriately sized glasses slip on me, so I also got these little silicone rings that fit over the arms and keep them from slipping. It's hard to describe, but something like these, which help a lot. They sometimes stick to my hair, but at least I don't have pull my arms out of the glovebox every 2 minutes to push my glasses up

If you push your glasses up 300 times a day normally, get some of these. Barely have to adjust my glasses now.

I may have the answer to the sliding glasses problem! My glasses slide down my nose constantly, unless I have these little silicone rings pushed onto the ear pieces. I sometimes put 2 rings on each side, if I know I’ll be wearing my glasses on a sweaty run. The link I have here is for multiple shapes of ear piece thingies, but personally I only like using the rings. They totally work for me!! I hope if your glasses sliding bothers you, that these thingies work for you too!

My glasses used to slip down my nose all the time and then I bought little nibs to put on the end of the glasses that use your ear as a stop. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TTW1LD7/ GAME CHANGER I CAN LOOK DOWN NOW WITHOUT FEAR OF DROPPING MY GLASSES. They might feel annoying the first week of use but you get used to it.
