If you mean like a three-in-one type of deal, yes - Berserk Deluxe. It's paperback, pages are bigger and, yeah, that's all I know. First one's out in just a few days, second will be released in July and the third's coming in November, with more on the way.
If you're aiming on picking up volume 1, I recommend going here on Amazon as the price is down to 35 USD, (shipping not included, but still).
I always use amazon. I reccomend buying berserk deluxe edition first. Its a premium hardcover book that comes with the first three volumes. Its pretty cheap right now at about 27$ nearly half the usual price.

The only Berserk anime I liked and would recommend is the 1997 version. All the episodes are on YouTube! The dub is surprisingly really good and the sound track is great. It’s important to know that each anime adaptation has its own problems and leaves out a lot in regards to the story.
As for manga, I’m waiting to get paid this weekend to start my journey. From stuff I’ve read online, a good way of reading the manga is through the volume collection. Click here: berserk manga volume 1 to see what I’m talking about.
Overall, I’ve fallen in love with the lore and the incredible story of Berserk. I’ve never been so anxious to read a manga before! I hope this was helpful.
I just bought Three Berserk Deluxe Volumes yesterday. These are 1.7"x7"x10" each, and I bought three of them...
I bought a tire pressure gauge the day before, if I had only been patient.
The manga is really best place. It’s where you’ll get the story from start to finish. The deluxe editions are my favorite way to read but you can find it on dodge websites for free. Just expect a lot of annoying pop ups if you go that route.

The movies and 97 anime cover sections of the story but not the whole thing. The 16/17 anime is not well liked by the community and in my opinion not a great place to start, truthfully it was a very bad adaptation.

With AOT being so popular worldwide I’m sure they’ll eventually release one in English.
I want something similar to what they did for Berzerk like this.

They are supersized books with better quality paper and shit not a bad price either. the problem is only the first volume is out which has books 1,2,3, volume 2 with 4,5,6 comes out in a few months

I’m going to wait to see and look at this one in person and check the quality. I’m interested to see if the book is going to be bigger than the manga’s. If they turn out good then I will be pre-ordering all future ones from here on out.

I would recommend either:
the Deluxe Volume 1 physical copy for about $35 which includes the first 3 volumes,
or you can buy the first 4 volumes from Dark Horse digital for $30.
While you get more story and content for a lower price going the digital route, with the physical deluxe edition you at least have the option of re-selling it at a decent price, if it doesn't suit your fancy.
You could try going the free route, but quality suffers quite a bit from poor scans and translations.
Either way, first 3 volumes at a minimum before reserving judgement. Volume 3 does end in a middle of an important event, though, just as a warning.

I think that just because something is relatively simple doesn't mean it has to be full bore stripped down minimalist in execution. There's still room for style. Take a look at Berserk, for example:

In your case, you could put the symbol on a flag or on a medal. A symbol on a banner flying proudly in the wind conveys a different message from a symbol on a broken flag lying on the ground. Similarly with a medal: is it shining proudly in a trophy case or on the ground, maybe spattered with blood?
Watchmen is another one that got a ton of mileage out of a very simple symbol. The smiley face with a line of blood pointing near midnight on the doomsday clock has been used to promote the story in all kinds of media for decades:

When you hire an artist, a certain part of what you pay is for their artistic vision and judgment. If you can supply the vision and judgment with a strong idea for a simple image that conveys what you want, then you should be able to commission it at a reasonable price.

That is the Brand of Sacrifice made popular by the Japanese manga ‘Berserk’. It has a large fanbase nowadays, with fans using the brand to pay homage to the manga.
It is very good in my opinion, but only if the themes it tackles are suitable for you or down your alley.

Manga is much, much better than the anime, but the anime is still pretty good. Remake anime movies are ok, but pretty much covers the 90s anime. The 2016 adaptation is an abomination that just made everyone sad.
If you don't own any copies, go for the Deluxe editions. They're in cool leather bindings like a bible and are larger then the manga single copies, so you can soak in more of the beautiful art.

Maybe some of those deluxe editions of manga? Like the hardcover Berserk, Colossal Attack On Titan, just Akira, etc.
I'm not bandwagoning or trying to fit in with the popular crowd. I genuinely believe that the Gemba Berserk series is a poor product, and as such will always advise against spending that much money on it, especially when there are other better Berserk products with just as much collectors value, if not more, such as the upcoming Deluxe Editions which are currently available for pre-order on Amazon and at a discount.
It is obviously not my place to stop the OP from buying the blu rays, nor would I ever try to do so if that is what they end up deciding to do. Nevertheless, having answered the OP's question to the best of my abilities and presented their options to them, I am well within my rights to offer my opinions on said options and propose alternatives that I believe they will be more satisfied with in the long term.

It doesn't look very "fantasy" to me. Taking a quick spin through the fantasy section of amazon, most of the covers have some combination of a fancy font (either the font itself is exotic or it has a special effect applied to it) and something mystical on the cover.

Does your fantasy spy organization have something that could serve as an icon like the brand of sacrifice in Berserk?
I don't think you have to have a full D&D party on the cover, but I think it would help to have something that catches the eye and tells the reader they're looking at a fantasy book.

Same for me, I can't stand digital manga.
