It depends on the bookstore, same as in the United States, because most can’t stock the inventory for every resource available for all language topics, because of either their limitations in shelf space or finances. So, here’s the same textbook through Amazon France, and they also have next day delivery, if cost isn’t an issue for you.

Bescherelle’s La Conjugaison Pour Tous Bescherelle’s La Conjugaison Pour Tous, completely written in French, is considered the “Bible” of verb conjugation reference, but it doesn’t have practice exercises.
If you need a textbook written in English, with practice exercises, I loved French Verb Tenses. You need to already be at about Level A2, because the lessons aren’t intended to explain the basic A1-A2 grammar within the sentence exercises.
For example, do you know what il y a means? It’s present tense, A1-A2 Level grammar, or is it? The phrase has other basic grammatical meanings.
Another example, A1 Level grammatically:
She goes to church on Sundays.
It’s a Chapter 1 present tense verb, aller, though do you know the A1 Level grammatical elements needed to correctly write the sentence in French?
And then, of course, if you’d rather not study any textbooks, this is also very helpful.
Bonne chance !
Ooh! It's the bible of French conjugation...
C'est ca, la référence..
Une guerre de gagnée, pas gagner.
