Maybe not the greatest in the industry but I've used mine for years and they're better than what you're running. They work and are affordable. https://www.amazon.com/BESTVA-Spectrum-Dual-Chip-Growing-Hydroponic/dp/B01871AHTC/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=D7FQF5FP5DB1&keywords=bestva+1000w+led+grow+light&qid=1645495813&sprefix=bestva+%2Caps%2C1581&sr=8-4
I started with one of these BESTVA DC Series 1000W LED Grow Light 2x2ft Coverage Upgraded SMD Diodes Aluminum Reflector Full Spectrum Grow Lamps for Greenhouse Hydroponic Higher PPF Indoor Plants Growing Lights https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01871AHTC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_42JCEXP1NZJQ64ANAX95?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
BESTVA 1000W LED Grow Light Full Spectrum Dual-Chip
Just fair warning, it’s not 1000w and eats a lot of electricity to run it. Fortunately I don’t pay electric because my building is fully solar. It’s a consideration. Some of the vets here can give you some better options probably.
I'm new here with the same tent size and (almost) the same LED: BESTVA 1000W LED Grow Light Full Spectrum Dual-Chip Growing Lamp for Hydroponic Indoor Plants Veg and Flower https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01871AHTC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_vstOBbVD3FJSZ
I need LED because my house gets super hot in the summer (115F outside) with A/C running full blast to keep the house cool.
Did you decide on a different light setup? Now I'm wondering if I should send mine back, or just get another one. Or supplement with some of the LED bulbs. Lighting has been the most difficult thing for me to figure out. Everything I've read on this brand has gotten good reviews from growers.
I have a bit of a mix of lights: I have some sansi full spectrum bulbs bulbs in lamps in my living spaces (I hate the coloured lights when I’m in the room), and then I have a bunch of red/blue bestva lights for my garage (no windows so I just have the lights on all night and turn them off in the day when I want to wander in and out)
I really like what I have! I have about 2 years of experience to my name though so others may have more experience with different types of lights! I have learned that I don’t want to bother with the cheap lights that have to be an inch away from the plants to do any good.
Also get a light meter app for your phone if you get some grow lights. They are very helpful for understanding how small changes in distance from the lights make a huge difference. Apps aren’t super accurate but great for learning!

Those lights aren't 1000W, they're only 185W apiece according to the amazon item page. Product info for LED grow lights is often incredibly misleading; they'll probably only cover a 2x2' footprint, give or take. Expect to pay significantly more than those Bestva lights for lights that will actually cover 4x8 in flower.
I'd recommend doing more research and picking better lights. There's a lighting megathread on r/autoflowers with lots of info. Comparing LED lights gets really complicated, but generally be skeptical of any LED grow lights that produce purple/magenta light, because they're inefficient older tech compared to full spectrum white light LEDs.
I have 1000w Bestva LED lights that will be the lights for after this stage. Just not sure when they need this much light and I don't want to harm the little guys.

Thanks.
The tent is going to be in a closet though, so I'm worried about airflow.
Also, seeing as I haven't bought everything yet, there seems to be a well rated 1000W LED Grow light that seems much better for the same price. It has better effective wattage, less heat, and draws less power. Any criticisms on that?
I've decided on doing this 4-way LST technique if that makes any difference with lighting, as I do know that LED grow lights need to be further away, especially one so bright.
One more thing that I can't find the answer to, how do you control the grow lights? Do people just unplug them manually when they go 12/12? Because I can't find anything when I google "grow light controller".
Thanks so much for your help so far!
I've heard good things about these, and plan on picking one up myself at some point soon
