Betty Crocker's New Chinese Cookbook with recipes by Chef Leann Chin.
Decades ago, Chef Chin had a couple of restaurants in Minneapolis. The recipes in this cookbook recreate many of that restaurants specialties.
There is now a fast food chain that has her name.
The book is available from multiple online sellers for below $10.
