Currently I have a three pillow set up.

For my belly I have a slim polyester fiber pillow.
For my feet I have another polyster fiber pillow.
Polyster fiber doesnt conduct heat as much so its better for sleeping in my situation.

I've been using the Blissbury pillow and it is pretty awesome. Feels like it puts way less pressure on my neck. I'd also try some heat and some stretching at your desk during the day, I try do something like this while I am working most days. Good luck!
