So I took an old metal tub (like for beer) that is about 18" tall, 30" long, and 12" wide (it holds two pairs perfectly if one pair is showing outsides and one pair showing insides). I lined that with (heavy duty) tin foil. I bought this 600W LED light off Amazon for $50 (it's 50% of $100 right now). I took a thin piece of wood (I think mine is cabinet backing) and cut it to the width and length of the tub and cut a hole a little smaller than the light in the middle of the piece of wood. Initially I intended for the piece of wood with the LED to cover the tub, but it got a little hot in there very quickly, so I now place the wood on the tub at a 90 degree angle (perpendicular) so there is air flow on both sides out the top.

It’s not the best but it works for me
I have 3 of them in a 3x3 tent.
You can see the pics on my profile of how they look
Or go on Amazon and grab some of these...
They’re not the best out there, but I’ve been using this one and a few similars to grow all sorts of stuff all year long. Could possibly run you less than a few grand...

Yea this is the light I recommend it if you’re on a tight budget or just want to dip your toe in the water but if you can afford the extra $100 a Mars Hydro ts1000 is a better option. Coconut water is loaded with a bunch of nutrients that are great for cannabis, it’s a must have in my option for soil grows, same with molasses. They’re og fertilizers that are dirt cheap and work better than a lot of expensive brand name nutes.
I don’t know the answer honestly. The product page states:
“only consumes 132W±3%”
Is that the usage number you’re referring to? I’ve been wondering the same thing and whether I should add more lights as my plants take up more canopy space.
Bloomspect 600 watt LED off of Amazon. Sorry I made a mistake earlier, confused it with another light I have. If it's that one, you can probably grow 1 autoflower under it ok-ish not great.
>Bloomspect. 600 watts
At that price and results, I'm going to order one for veg room. Is it this one? Amazon link.
Depending on how much money you’re willing to drop, first option i would probably get 2 of them to fill the space, by no means are these good LED lights but they’re better than what you showed above and will work way better. Next step up which will cost a pretty penny would be a spider farmer 2k they’re roughly ~$300 off Amazon i run 6 of those in my room and have had great results. I grew some real fat colas with that light, $40
Not the best, but good enough for the size of tent and not having all the plants flowering at once.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MJ5MS81/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_HqlEFbG7WNA44 Thank you! I dont have anything special, I keep it roughly 18 inches away. Seems good enough for the 2x2 tent. Might add an extra though as I started 2 more grown in the tent.
I’m looking at a 600w LED on Amazon for $70. I’m skeptical. It’s too good to be true. What do you think?
