My puppy is very food motivated so I can use just his kibble as a training treat but for a higher reward we like to use Blue Buffalo Bits soft moist training treats . I used these but it can be her kibble if it is near meal time, small bits of boiled chicken, cheese, turkey, and stuff like that. Experiment a bit to see what she really likes and make sure to save that for a high value reward during training.
Just make sure whatever you use there isn't a lot of additives ie salt, spices, sugar and other random stuff.
