if you already own a drill, get one of these and some small tubing to get it pretty much dry..... how I clear all the water out of a toilet when I am lucky enough to have to change them out.
If you're really trying to speed things along, purchase a drill pump and a couple dozen feet of plastic hose. Those things have saved me from bailing out washers more times than I can count. They don't have the longest life span but they will save you soooo much time, especially if you're already draining from another location.
Edit: The model i linked is not the one i purchase. I recommend shopping around for a better pump with better reviews.
Aside from the regular siphon sucking through a hose, method, there is an attachment for a drill, that you can attach two lengths of hose to, and it creates pressure enough to pull water quite a distance. BlueRCKing 1pcs Hand Electric... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083GQF73S?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
You'd just need a small solar system to charge your drill batteries. I highly recommend this one, but there are dozens like it. https://4patriots.com/collections/solar-generators/products/patriot-power-sidekick
