I show modifications for all of the exercises so if you are looking for a low impact HIIT workout or a beginner-friendly HIIT workout, you can follow along with this video too. You don't need to use a resistance band for this workout either if you don't have one or don't want to use one.
The key with HIIT workouts is to go as hard as you are able to go for the allotted time. You will want to aim for around at least 70% max heart rate. This is my max due to my knee still recovering but feel free to go slower or faster than me in this video. Pace yourself based on your ability.
