If you want someone to pace you through this workout, give my follow along youtube workout a try! I have a timer that beeps as you get closer to finishing the exercise & show you the next exercise ahead of time to allow you to prepare. Also, the new progress bar helps you pace yourself as well!
Tip: Make sure to pick a weight that is challenging to you but also that you can do for 40 seconds. Go slow and pause more if you need. Form is more important than reps. In this video, I used 15 lbs dumbbells because that is what I had on hand! You can do more or less than me or even switch up your weight depending on the exercise you do.
