> Body Wrappers makes a lot of men's pants available on Amazon. Can I get a link or model name for a recommendation? Thanks.
These aren't "men's" pants... They are dance pants. The listing I got was this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002UR7RC/
I wear a 32x30 and Mediums were fine.
> And is the material going to stick to me?
They are ripstop nylon. If other nylon isn't a problem for you, this won't be either.
> I'm looking for something that can double as sleep pans to keep me (ick) off my quilt.
Lots of people use them as sleep pants.
The Tachyons are great but expensive. I got them used on /r/ulgeartrade to save some dough.
If you want to try out windpant life without dropping a bunch of $$$ I suggest going for the Bodywrapper Dance Pants, they're 3oz and cost like $25. They're pretty popular on this sub, you can find a bunch of reviews by searching around.
I've also been using the Body Wrappers Dance Pants. Not the most durable, but cheap enough to try out the concept.
Yes, but usually find them slightly cheaper on Amazon
What clothing are you wearing?
I did Whitney a couple weeks ago — long sleeve coolibar sun shirt, UA racerback bra, target running shorts (built in liner for underwear), with mid calf F2F socks and Altra LP’s were perfect for me.
Sunglasses? First aid kit? Toothbrush? Chapstick with sun protection? Sunscreen? Water treatment? Lighter? Hand sanitizer, TP? Beanie and buff/bandana are good to have. Def need a bear canister for the Sierra if camping away from where there are bear lockers. The BV450 has suited me well.
The rain pants may be a bit much. Could swap them out for a pair of dance pants for wind protection/warmth over a pair of shorts. The Mediums I have weigh 3 oz. Frogg Toggs is a good cheap UL rain jacket.
If your dinners are dehydrated meals, you can probably just add cold water instead of hot water to them, let them soak while you set up camp (or soak them in a Talenti jar or freezer bag at a stop before camp), let them rehydrate and then eat!
Not a thru hiker. But I'm also a female. I love my wind pants from amazon. I wear a medium and they are 95g. Not as light as other options but affordable.
Instead of wipes, you could mail yourself some compressed towels. I have some from daiso that are individually packaged like little candies. But there's also some on amazon. Definitely useful for that time of the month!
Also a PCT 2020 hopeful!
Here's a link. I can also vouch they work great

Have you looked if amacon.com ships these to norway? They are well regarded here and I like them as well even though I only ever used them on two daytrips.
My biggest suggestion is ditch the pants and go with wind pants or these dance pants: BodyWrappersRipstopPants-701https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002UR7RC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_8Z42KHZAF47JDYJ7D77Q?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
You may want a larger battery. Even when you sleep with your electronics the cold nights will rob them of a little juice. I like this guy and it saves you a few oz: NITECORENB10000Ultra-Slim10000mAhQCQuick-ChargePowerBankwithUSBandUSB-CDualOutputsandCablesforPhonesFlashlightsandHeadlampshttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JH5SKQ8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_5TCDWVRTC2PB7NRFADMX
That pack plus a bear can and a fifteen pound target baseweight means the rest of your lot needs to weigh 8.5 pounds. That’s totally doable but a kit that light in an atmos seems silly.
You can do what you want but if you upgraded to this pack: https://nunatakusa.com/bear-canister-compatible-ul-packs/232-bears-ears-50.html?adtoken=d82ec9006b2a8409d35459170461b355&ad=admin123&id_employee=1

You would be there
I also don't know what you specifically want out of windpants, but I have dance pants and they're 3.4 oz in medium.
