It definitely sticks out hard as a place to save a lot of weight. Rain jackets can serve double duty as wind shirts if you're concerned you will need extra warmth while active. Same thing goes for rain pants, throw them on over your shorts and you're good to go. Or switch to wind pants that you can throw on if bug pressure gets bad (looking at wta.org trip reports it looks like that might be a problem in July).
Also you can drop the "S2S 14L Waterproof Stuff Sack". Keep your clothes in your nylofume liner instead and save 5oz.
Mark your gaiters as worn weight.
You have a cook pot, a cup, and a bowl. Not sure what your meal plans are but if you're going with something like mountain house meals you can bring just the cook pot, boil water then use it as your cup.
The flask seems pretty heavy. This thread has options that could save 6+ ozs.
The ferro rod or bic can definitely go when you already have a stove with a piezo.
Not sure how long the trip is expected to take, but googling those loops they don't look very long. You can probably save a lot of weight with a bv450 instead of the bv500 if its only going to be a few days.
Your knife is very heavy compared to something like the 1.5oz opinel 8 that a lot of people here seem to like.
