A lot of people like the dance pants on amazon for an inexpensive option. I am 5'6 150lbs and the size medium is perfectly baggy on me.
If you’re set on camp shoes pick up some flip flops. If you were going to take time to change shoes to cross you can always take off your socks. The shoes dry quick quick.
I Tried a mummy bag and hated it 🤣 we all sleep different. Sleep is super important so sacrificing there is not worth it.
Frog toggs works for me. Kept me dry in the Sierra. It’s fragile in the sense of bushwhacking but it’s a solid choice. UL version
I’ve gotten a few items from Dutchware. Litesmith.com I think the current cord in my pack is from zpacks.
EE has wind pants that are under 2 oz. I exchanged them because it looked like a trash bag to me. I went with these -
Body Wrappers Ripstop Pants (Black, X-Large) - 701 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002UR7TA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_A8YqEbHNDCZWW
Lots of actual backpacking reviews in the amazon reviews.
Edit: for the tent you can always take a look at the GG one. Will save you a bunch and full tent. Of course zpacks too
I used the amazon pair so often discussed here. I'm 6'2" with a 33" and the M fits me well. My friend is about the exact same size as me and the XL fits him well too so I don't think there's too much sizing difference. I'd go with an L or XL if I were you.

I’m assuming these. People use them as a cheap wind pant
