Mealy bugs are easy. They’re great hiders, so look under all of your leaves, at all of the joining points of leaves and stems, and at the stems right about the soil. Their nests/eggs look like fluffy white cotton. Dab those and the bugs themselves with a q-tip with rubbing alcohol (sometimes I use alcohol swabs when I’m feeling lazy), and then wipe down the leaves with rubbing alcohol. Once all of that is done, spray with neem oil until dripping. Give it a couple repeat neem oil treatments over the next several weeks and continue to spot check for any bugs.
Spider mites are hellish monsters. There are lots of treatments, but I like Mite-X. Bonide 114 Mite-X Ready to Use Houseplant Insect Killer, 12-Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002LFCS3Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_A366AXCBGC5CQRYQJ4F6
I’ll be honest - recovering from Mealybugs isn’t too difficult. It take a LOT of bugs and time to do serious damage. Spider mites are not the same. If your plant is pretty far gone, you may need to do some serious cutting back to deal with it.
Good luck!!
