All of my search results pointed to Jerusalem Cricket, however it doesn't have the distinguishable black and yellow ringed tail. Looks more earwig and it's pretty meaty (each piece of wood is 3" wide).
It is also surviving my pest killer as well (still moving its legs for after 30mins), here's the link.
Could it be like another cricket type?
