I have 2 of these Fido Jars, if you don't put the seal on, the lid closes nicely but is not airtight. The metal hinges & etc come off for easy cleanup.

I always have a jar of bacon grease in my fridge. If it ever runs low (as if) I just double down on bacon for a while.

I also got some duck fat online, which is very tasty. And of course, butter is fine, although it smokes a little lower than the others.
