My circular saw cuts at angles up to 45°. The 66° angle is also 24° from the other side.
Routers can also cut it but there aren’t 24° bits sold. The closest bits are 22° (or you could order a custom bit). Alternately some router models have bases that can be tilted. Here is such base made for Bosch Colt:
