Should put a humidity control pack in there to keep ur bud from drying out from just leaving in a non air tight container/to keep it from getting moldy if your garage gets damp.

You should also put a humidity control pack in there to help keep the bud fresh, you can pick one up at your local grow shop or on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Boveda-65-Percentage-Individually-Wrapped-Humidity/dp/B00FWPQ8XQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1484628468&sr=8-3&keywords=boveda&th=1
You can use a product like this to fix cards curled from being too dry, just throw it in a sealed container with a couple of cards and they will straighten out in a few hours.
Most smoke shops will have them. It will keep your cigars at the proper humidity levels for months. When the pack starts to dry out then you will need to replenish. Here is the link on amazon.

Between 65 and 70% is what you want.
As cool as the box looks, I would recommend picking up a hard sealed tupperware and one or two of these humidity packs :: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FWPQ8XQ/ref=asc_df_B00FWPQ8XQ4986779/?tag=hyprod-20&creative=395033&creativeASIN=B00FWPQ8XQ&linkCode=df0&hvadid=167150790864&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3641465479039460902&hvpone=&hvp...
I'll echo what others have said as well; keep the infused cigars away from your regular stogies. Maybe infused in the box and regular in the tupperware?
Have fun diving into this hobby and community!
Cheers.
I don’t have a large collection, but I have a similar issue as you: no basement, not enough room.
I buy .50 cal ammo boxes from Harbor Freight when they are 30% off (about $10-12). I only get the steel ones, as they have higher grade gaskets, plus create a better seal. Alternatively, Cabelas sells plastic boxes that are OK, with a bit more space, but not as good of a seal. In an unconditioned space humidity is the biggest factor.
Then buy humidity stabilizer packs and put one in each can with your cards.
I’ve looked at organizers for the cans and found these trays which can work, but have too little clearance for my comfort level.
I’m also looking at these Rigid stackable boxes. I think they are big enough to hold BCW monster boxes, but at the very least should be able to hold smaller BCW boxes. I have them to hold my tools. They have a decent seal, but they a bit smelly when new.
So I like to use a small plastic container, doesn't need to be perfectly sealed, and include humidifying packets like you'd find for a cigar humidor. I found in my own testing, as well as from other articles, that 62% is ideal for foil cards. As soon as they flatten out they get double sleeved in a KMC Perfect Fit hard and usually a Dragon Shield outer. I then move the card to sealed storage. The humidifying process can take a few days and if you've got a large batch to fix some will repair faster than others (and can be removed sooner). Note this only works for cupped cards. Foils that are curled toward the foil layer are too moist and need to be dried.
I'm using the Zuut brand packets that are a little undersized, but I want to get some from Bodeva as they're a more reputable brand to use.
For Canada I'd look here https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00FWPQ8XQ/

Also, instead of mason jars I use these because it keeps light out. They even have a holder inside for the Boveda packs.
