I'm not sure why they look so warm in this photo, they're actually a lot cooler than this but I do love these lights!!
You can always let them get weird then chop them once they go out again. Those LEDs on adjustable arms are a little pricey for what you get but they work well for a few plants cuz you can position them pretty close, I use a bunch of them to help with plants in the window.
It may be growing so fast because it's stretching trying to get more light. I'd try full light for sure, most can handle that pretty well, especially through a window. If that's lacking, I'd look at some LED grow lights to supplement on a timer
This is the link to the lights. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07FM4X64W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_YKgbGb349ZES3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 I'm gonna to have some more plants and substrate coming soon, it just hasn't arrived:/. I also have amazon frogbit on the tank. I just want to know if it won't damage my fish (I'm planning om getting a betta) and if the plants are going to have enough lighting.
Hello! Unfortunately I don't know very much about grow lights but I've had these for about 6 months or so and they seem to be working very well! Here is the link to the lights I have.
Sure! Nothing fancy, I have two different types that I bought on Amazon. But they’re both really strong and I love them.

But there are tons of options on Amazon that aren't crazy expensive.
Get grow lights. Lots of inexpensive options on Amazon. And now there are sun like led grow lights so no weird blue lighting.

This clip-on has been posted by several redditors and their setups looked great. It uses standard bulb sockets too, so the bulbs will be easy to replace:
I got it off of amazon, here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FM4X64W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
