I got DeQuervain's from at home work where I type on my computer all day. It's not from breastfeeding, but hopefully my experience helps a little bit. I ended up getting a wrist brace off of amazon so that I could put pressure where it hurt. And I wore that for like 2 weeks straight, even while I was sleeping, and eventually it went away. Sometimes my wrist hurts and I have to use the brace again, but for the most part it cleared it up.
