If you hate money, any kitchen appliance by Breville is excellent. I think I have 8 or 9 of their appliances now. :) I happen to have their high-end griddle and it's awesome. I also have their wok which is very affordable compared to many of their other products. Great for frying anything. It's a permanent fixture in my kitchen and I rarely use pans anymore.
