Wow! This is a comprehensive resource! I'm definitely holding on to it.
Bright Line Eating also has a book. https://www.amazon.com/Bright-Line-Eating-Science-Living-ebook/dp/B01MUA6QAX?ref_=d6k_applink_bb_dls&dplnkId=5dd33aaa-403d-42ad-9288-69caaeb0385d
It's not shallow at all. You've felt like those things were out of reach and not available to you, that makes them seem all that much more tempting. You may find that once you lose weight those aren't your biggest motivators to stay thin but whatever rocks your boat!
I recently read a very interesting book that is a simple weight loss plan founded in a lot of science. It's called Bright Line Eating. She has a membership plan if you feel you need extra support but the whole plan is in the book. I don't need to lose weight but am intrigued enough by the science to follow the plan and see if it makes it easier to eat healthy. So far, so good! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MUA6QAX/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1
