Anything I’m missing in starting over? Thoughts on interesting deep love conditioning or any other steps? Thanks for your time answering this. Clearly I need to start over…

I was deep conditioning before shampooing - would you recommend not doing that and if so, when and how often? Thanks for your time answering this. Clearly I need to start over…
