It looks like a keychain compass you would buy off of a rack at an airport or gas station, just with the ring fallen off. Gift shops can buy them wholesale with logos on them. Looks like it got run over and the compass part fell out. Something like This, i can’t find one specifically with a compass in it but I own one and have seen them at gift shops.
