Buddy Biscuits Chewy work really well for our 10-lb dog. They are large treats, but are very moist and soft, and easy to break up into whatever size pieces you need. Great if you are watching your small dog's weight and can only give out really small rewards :) We also sometimes use deli turkey meat. Not too caloric, easy to rip apart, and very motivating.
