I agree. Perfect world situation, we wouldn't need money. With the actions, attitudes, and personalities in the world though, reputation and thoughtfulness alone can't be prime motivators.

I'm far enough removed that I don't recall the entirety of its scope, but I do recall that it said business owners were entrusted by God to both profit and care for employees. In other words, you can't forsake one for the benefit of the other.
