Your body needs a certain number of calories to function. Three of the healthy types of calories you'll need in your diet are: Protein, Carbs, and Fats. As you figure out what meals you'll make, consider how each meal will offer each of these three types of calories.
Find out how many calories you need to eat in a day, and adjust your caloric intake accordingly.
