I'm not aware of any that use USB c directly(not that it means they don't exist). You might get away with a USB c to mini adapter cable but no guarantees. https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-Mini-Feet-Black/dp/B00UUBS0SS
But you could certainly still hardwire a camera which is the better option anyway (gives you parking mode and a neater appearance)
Ok, I seem to have a similar problem with my VIRB Ultra 30 camera but unable to fix it. I have a brand new MacBook Pro M1+ with Monterey, and only USB-C ports. I bought a USB-C to USB mini cable off Amazon (this one), and expected my Mac to communicate with the VIRB. But it only charges. The cable should be fine, because I am able to connect an old eTrex VISTA to my Mac with no problem. With the VIRB Ultra 30, it doesn't show up in Finder and doesn't appear in Garmin Express. So I have formatted the SD card thinking that's the problem. But no solution. So I tried to connect the VIRB with the same cable to a DELL Windows 10 PRO laptop and THAT worked. I downloaded Virb Edit on the PC and that worked with my Ultra too. So what's going on with MacBook Pro M1+ and Monterey and VIRB Ultra cameras ????
Amazon has it available, I have not used this brand and can't personally speak for their quality.

But now we know that it does exist, and can build from there.
Cable Matters USB C to Mini USB Cable (Mini this works for me! USB to USB C Cable) 3.3 Feet in Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UUBS0SS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_RJ9FPFZ2ZYF680A1TYWC
yes, I have a few that I use on C ports for older devices, they are found on Amazon (and likely other places) They also make USB-C to Mini-USB cables, to attach to your dash cam and your charger
If your Mac only has USB c you can use this cable to plug it in https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UUBS0SS/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_RDX5ZT93FWVXARMDZAD4
There are adapters, or cables https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-Mini-Feet-Black/dp/B00UUBS0SS/ref=asc_df_B00UUBS0SS
You're gonna want a mini-b to type c cable like this, or an adapter thingy like this, but the adapter is probably gonna make it a bit too long and have the cable bend weird and get damaged.
I haven't ever tried any of these, but reviews look ok. Do note that since the mini-b spec is only to USB 2.0, you will only get 2.0 speeds. But even then, the audio will never ever get close to 2.0's max speed of 480Mbps.

Why not just grab a cheap looking cable, which is cheap, to hold you off before going custom
One of these should do the trick, but it might be a bit long for your application.
I'm looking at the exact same issue. I know this post is a little old but from Asus forms I have found that lian-li makes a USB 3.1 Gen 2 header to usb type c cable.
http://www.lian-li.com/en/dt_portfolio/pw-ic01nh45/
From that you can get a usb type c to usb micro adapter. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UUBS0SS/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1AMUYYA3CT6HJ&psc=1
I haven't tried it yet but it seems like a good solution.
I second this. I recently did the same. Works great.
