These are the ones I used when I strained my calf last summer. Multiple washes and still stays on nice and tug.
The doctor said it could help, and I'm sure some of the relief was psychosomatic, but I never had any troubles with looseness, rashes, chaffage, etc.
I have these and I like them a lot so far! Great customer service too-I ordered the wrong size and inquired about returning them and they immediately refunded me. I also have a pair of compression socks from Physix that I like as well.
sleeve i wear it when I run and don't feel any pain. Lucky it's just my right shin
My legs feel really heavy/ swollen and tired after a regular day of walking/ sitting/ standing. I hate that tight feeling! I started wearing compression socks (but not while out walking...I have too much pride!!) and they're really, really helped a lot!
Purchased these to keep at my work studio
Also trying to remember to foam roll my legs after workouts and at night before bed. Putting your legs up against a wall, with your back on the floor, is also great for when your legs feel super tight.
From what I have read compression leg sleeves help with shin splits a lot. I purchased these to help with my calves getting hard after running for 20 minutes and seem to help a lot.
