I believe the ones in GLT are supposed to be these. I bought some several months ago, took ages to ship from Japan and came kinda crushed. Haven't tried them yet, wanted them more as a GLT-themed novelty. I see now they qualify for Prime 1-day, though, so maybe I'll order more and give them a shot.

This is the one I got from Amazon last year (around 15th of September) and they arrived about two weeks later. I got the chocolate one and its kinda a dry thick chocolate biscuit, nice but you deffo need something with it to make it less stodgy.

They also have maple, cheese and fruit flavors but I have no idea what they taste like, though I heard that cheese is one of the best.

I also have Tuna cans and Oats 'n Honey bars.

I prefer real food but sometimes that seems a luxury.

Eating larger portions of food, anything with lots of carbs and protein, meats like beef, lamb and the such have higher fats. Getting yourself a bag of protein shake powder to make up milkshakes and such can really help, if you have a fast metabolism like I do, get one that is suitable for fast metabolism.

One I might suggest is Optimum Neutrition, you can mix up a milkshake by adding other things into it which will significantly increase the calories you need, but also provide other necessities of neutrition for your body. I'd get yourself a 6 pound tub of Nutella or some other that you can mix into it, mix up with ice cream and full fat milk. As for snacking I'd get yourself Calorie Mate, its about 200 calories per 2 bars, there's 4 bars total bundled as 2's in foil wrapping in 1 box, it's enough to keep you fuller for longer. They come is small box packaging so you can easily have bundles of them stashed away for snacking on, there's a variety you can get, Cheese, Chocolate, Fruit, Maple, Plain, if you've never had them before I'd recommend buying one of each to see which ones you like most, but I personally recommend Maple or Fruit.
