TBH, for my eggs I just use a crappy $8 nonstick pan, and pretty much follow the directions here.They'll last long enough that spending another $8 isn't a big deal.
However, if you want something more durable, I have a set of Calphalon One pot and pans that I love. (Link at the bottom). You can use any utensils on them, and they are nonstick. They're not as nonstick as a teflon surface, but as far as easy cleanup, they're great, and I haven't really had trouble with removing food from the pan. Much more expensive than the $8 option, but also more durable.
