If your Hyundai has a trailer hitch receiver, you can get a flagpole mount that will slide into it.
After that, get any flagpole that will fit the mount, and fly your favourite flag!
Home made, here’s the link to the flagpole holder:

Also need the post, the flag, the cap to the post, and a three o-ring clamps. Two of the o-rings are are for the flag and one I put about midway up so I can lock down the post with ratchet straps to prevent swaying (makes it stable even on the highway)
** I would not recommend a mobile tripod type mount if you’re looking to raise the dish more than 3-6 feet.
I’ve been traveling in my RV and using starlink as my main internet connection for work for about 6 months. U/KenjiFox suggested what I’ve been using and I can second based on my experience. You do need a vehicle to anchor the pole, but tear down and setup is less than 10 minutes. The hitch mount option is the fastest but the flexibility of the tire mount is ideal when dealing with trees. I use Speedify to bond my cell connection with starlink to cover any outages if the visibility isn’t perfect.
Notes on my setup: ** Don’t use a fiberglass flagpole. The Aluminum pole linked below will sway in wind but it won’t bend. - The flagpolebuddy adapter and the top most section of the Harbor Freight flagpole we’re not a perfect match (the pole gets thinner near the top since it’s telescopic) but was a better fit and way more secure than the starlink pole adapter. All I did was loop a piece of cereal box cardboard around the end before adding screws. - Since the Harbor Freight pole is telescopic and I worry about strain in between sections, I extend each section fully and then back it down a few inches to reinforce the joint, I think they already thought of that and it stops extending when it’s at the sweet spot but I like to be safe.

I used this with success for the Defcon repeater in the past. I get a long galvanized pole for it.
Here you go https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004IVGA0G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_AHUhAb22Y48TF
I used this flag https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FA6BLC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_PIUhAbFC0RBT8
For the actual pole I bought a 4-5 foot fencing pole from Lowe's drilled some holes into it and bolted on some mounting clips for the flag then I spray painted the whole thing black... Oh and at the bottom there's a bolt that they give you to "secure the pole" but it's flimsy so I just went to Lowe's and bought a black hex key bolt and used that to actually secure it. Last thing I needed is the flag flying into the ocean lol
If you want to buy a flagpole mount, here's a good one on Amazon
I used this from Amazon. Made it really simple. Camco 51611 Hitch Mount Flagpole Holder https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004IVGA0G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_JleIxb0T3VG59

Another ME chiming in here.
My prediction on FMA is you're gonna snap that flag pole right where those eyebolts pass through it. No fancy ass metal base would stop that.
I agree, get something proper: http://smile.amazon.com/Camco-51611-Hitch-Flagpole-Holder/dp/B004IVGA0G (plus is someone rear ends you, they can be tried for treason)
