I did my entire build for less than 10k, but only because I did everything myself, and didn't hire anyone else out.
Your most single most expensive items will be;
Solar system- Amazon is a great place to get parts and batteries
Refrigerator- Haggle with your local RV parts place! If you can call around and let them compete amongst themselves. "Well ___ said they could get it to me for $$..."
Oven- I love having an oven in my place, since there's no quick microwave to reheat food with. https://www.amazon.com/Camp-Chef-Camping-Outdoor-Burner/dp/B0013LLSZG/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1513190928&sr=8-4&keywords=camp+oven

We got this Propane camp oven stove combo it runs on the little propane cylinders that you get at Home Depot, it also has a kit so you can run it on those barbecue grill 20 pound cylinders from the gas station. We’ve baked a chicken in it while we cooked the sides on the burners on top. https://www.amazon.com/Camp-Chef-Outdoor-Oven/dp/B0013LLSZG/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=2MXEU9SRAJHXW&dchild=1&keywords=propane+camp+oven+stove+combo&qid=1630490610&sprefix=propane+camp+ov&sr=8-3
I'm looking at this [oven](https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0013LLSZG/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=just015f-20&linkId=5d06b42f999620646db0fdf39389dadf) on Amazon as a potential option. Would it be safe in a oven and what kind of precautions should I take? Are there better options? Cooking in an oven is important to me as I enjoy cooking and baking.
Have yo looked at the Camp Chef propane ovens?

The Little Buddy will work if your vehicle is, like many, fairly leaky. The problem with it is that it doesn't have a real thermostat, so things may get fairly toasty pretty quick. It may be as simple as cracking a window or two while it's running in order to prevent excess heat buildup. That said, it's much more realistic than electric heat. For a small setup with just a few batteries, the most realistic heating option would be an electric blanket. A small one of those running on half power will pull 40-60W depending on the brand and model. 60W for 8 hours through an average inverter will be around 47Ah, so wouldn't over-discharge a 100Ah or larger AGM lead-acid battery. Regardless of what equipment you use that runs on fuel gas, a CO detector is always a good idea. In fact, if you end up sleeping in your vehicle while its idling a detector is an especially good idea.
The Camp Chef easy bake oven? We got it as a gift but it’s just too big to carry. If i had a trailer that would be a different story. Camp Chef Camping Outdoor Oven with 2 Burner Camping Stove https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0013LLSZG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_9FZaBb510291N
Thank you so much for all the info. There are two places near me that sell reclaimed building materials that I want to get as much as I can from and build this myself. Even so I was assuming that this will cost a lot so I wanted to be over prepared. Your build list has helped to put things in perspective.
I found a propane oven/stove combo that is a little pricey, but I'll be using it on the regular so it should be worth it. www.amazon.com/dp/B0013LLSZG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_h4n4xb2Y0XYKH
Btw your link goes to a deleted post.
I will say though that if you don't want the stove a propane burner is cheap at around $50. Also there is a commercial version that is a little smaller than what I built for $225 on Amazon.

How important is cooking for you? Will you eat out most of the times, or dine in? You can get yourself a stove top and an rv oven Lots of counter space, If you can swivel your front seats, you can have a removable counter top /table top, that be in front of them and do prep work while sitting, or standing on the other side
If you are going to use gas, keep your bottles outside of course split your hookup so it feeds inside and also to and outdoor hookup, so you can run a camp stove or oven like these
https://www.amazon.ca/Camp-Chef-Camping-Outdoor-Burner/dp/B0013LLSZG/
If you can put hooks or brackets on the outside, you can slip in things like outdoor cook gear, cook tops, counters etc
I have seen some great pull out longggg drawers that would come out the back or side doors, it does raise the floor up a bit, but if you have the height, then you're good

Magnetic or lockable drawers and cabinets work best..... Not fun to have lots of things pop open when driving on the highway
How about the CampChef Outdoor Camp Oven? It incorporates a small oven the size of a toaster oven as well as a 2 burner gas stove.

what about something like this?
Put a cast iron dutch oven in it?
Seen this one yet?? It's not full sized, but just sharing an option I've had in my list for a years. Just don't think I need an oven enough to justify it.
Oven. I'll definitely have some sort of a cooktop, even if I keep the big fridge.
This year we pre-made, froze and vacuum sealed most of our meals. We use this oven, which is great!
We made lots of things, but the pot-pies were the hit!
maybe something like this will do then: http://www.amazon.com/Camp-Chef-Camping-Outdoor-Burner/dp/B0013LLSZG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1457038948&sr=8-1&keywords=small+gas+oven
My grandma has one of these and absolutely loves it. Uses it all the time, combines burners with the ability to bake things.
