According to /u/Leonardo-DaBinchi the CFL lights he suggested would be better than what I'm using. If I had that information when I was choosing what to buy I probably would have gone with that as well.

This is the page I bought from but it used to have a second option which has colored LEDs, so my light is blurple. I'm not sure how much it matters. The cooling fan on this also is something I wouldn't personally consider suitable for a bedroom. If the measurements are true then this light has a very good PAR rating for the price.

However I think Leo is showing better results from their setup so you should probably go with their advice.

Two of these in blurple (looks like only white is in stock now). They’re about a foot away at the closest point. I suspect it’s gotten too tall and too close to lights

It’s a 45w Kmashi grow light. Used to be able to get them on Amazon for close to $20, now I can’t even find them on Kmashi’s own web site.
