This is the wrong place for your question, as that equipment is never used in our sport.
The weights that you have are for bars with 1" sleeves, which are often called "standard" (or perhaps "regular?") size. I don't know if the inside of your weights are threaded, but if you have collars then I'm guessing they are, and if so then you would also want that barbell to have threaded sleeves, unless that bar comes with its own collars.
These might be very difficult to find at 20kg/45lbs weight, which is the most common size for "Olympic" barbells - which have the larger, 50mm sleeves you're describing for other bars. Standard bars are thinner and can't safely bear as much weight, and so they're almost always lighter than an Olympic bar of the same length.
Here are examples of standard bars:

I don't think any of those are all that close to 45 lbs though.
What suggestions do you have for a 1 inch barbell? This is the one that I had that got bent CAP Barbell Standard 1" Chrome Bar, 6' https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002V2ZXOS/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_JE-XvbGHXZ75P
