I work grocery/dairy/frozen. I buy these gloves for work. Enough insulation to help with frozen, not too much to lose dexterity. I don't wear them all the time when stocking grocery, but if I'm doing cans (am that gross aluminum dust), or moving a lot of cardboard (like breaking down load), they definitely help. Prevents my hands from getting too dry, and I've also noticed I pinch/ hurt my hands less when wearing them.
