like u/ridethe907 suggested, try the IronX. I had similar spots, and after washing the car, sprayed it all over them, let it do its thing (purple streaks all over), and they washed right off.

One item i saw discussed a lot on new cars is iron remaining on cars due to transport by train
So it might just be small pieces of iron that have rusted. Your car probably needs a full wash, clay bar and wax to make it look right.
Not sure if the dealer will help or not.

Now that you mention it the first 2 pics do look like iron spots
CarPro Iron X this stuff is a little pricy but will remove any iron imbedded in your paint without doing any further damage.
Time wise if it’s what I think it is hard to say, Few weeks to a month maybe?
As I say if it’s what I think it is, it’s ‘hot’ metal that’s landed on the glass from an angle grinder or welding spatter.
You should be able to improve on it with something like the below to remove the ‘rusting’ of the particles, but if damage has been done to the glass you won’t fix that.

Maybe it'll work alright, but I bet if you hit your wheels with some Iron-X first, they'll come out better than you expect. Especially with the brush mentioned.
Turns purple as it's removing the nasty shit from the wheels, safe on paint too. Detailers use it all over cars.
white is one of the easiest to keep clean.
get some iron and fallout remover https://www.amazon.com/Carpro-Iron-Remover-500-Ml/dp/B004UM6DLE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1475084116&sr=8-1&keywords=carpro+iron+x
and go visit r/autodetailing and get acquainted with the two bucket wash method.
I had the exact same problem as you did with my previous car but I was able to remove all of those tiny rust spots with this:

Just got to plan on using right after washing your car. I thought it was a bit expensive ($25) for what it was, but it worked 100% as expected and it was so easy to get rid of all of those spots that afterwards I felt it was worth it.
If you're just taking it for a detail then just ask them whether they'll use something like this spray or if they're going to clay bar your car to get rid of those.
Step 1: Spray Step 2: Scrub Step 3: Admire and wonder why you didn’t do this sooner.
This has saved me so much time and made for a great present as well. Every enthusiast should have this in their lineup.
If you’re feeling up to it, you can ceramic coat and never stop smiling when you’re actually looking forward to your wheels being dirty.
Enjoy the Vert life OP 😎
it kind of looks like iron deposits. You could try an iron remover that's used to detail cars. Something like this
Here ya go.. Iron X spray and gel This IS what you want, spray down the whole car and use the gel for spot treatment. Goggle iron x for videos

i know its for iron deposits "tiny orange specks that devolp on paint called fallout" but this makes my mazda cx-5 look so white after use it takes anything thats not supposed to be on the clear coat or paint off and the car looks amazing after.

You can try an iron remover product like those that we use in the car detailing industry. Something like IronX or similar. It will dissolve small iron bits/deposits, and is used in detailing to dissolve away embedded brake dust and iron from industrial fallout. It works great in that respect, so if the metal shavings are just stuck in the surface of the glass it should get rid of them. If the sparks really melted down into the glass though, it is still going to leave behind the "dimples". I have a feeling that they probably aren't the deeply imbedded, so I would def give something like this a try before replacing the window. Be warned though, the stuff smells nasty so be sure you keep the space well ventilated.
You can use Iron X followed by a clay bar.
I somehow didn't run notice any of those...just got the regular one. Can't imagine how cherry or lemon could help the scent lol.

in the past these kept my car pretty clean. i still use britemax before washes diluted about 50/50 (look for sales can be had at a good price). have not used ironx in a while remember it being effective when i had spots that would not go away. I also had an aftermarket exhaust with a good amount of deposits as you mentioned.

go check out /r/AutoDetailing for more info.
Unfortunately car care can be somewhat expensive when you use the right products. I have a 2013 EX in SWP, so my garage is full of detailing products. Polishes, sealants, cleaners. You name, I've probably got it.

Good question for r/autodetailing.
Iron-x is my go-to for cleaning wheels and removing contaminants from paint.
Oh no actually I forgot about Iron X. Someone on /r/autodetailing recommended that to me a while ago. Is this the one I would be best using?
yeeah, definitely get ya some sonax or iron-x to get rid of those metal contaminants. https://www.amazon.com/Carpro-Iron-Remover-500-Ml/dp/B004UM6DLE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1468507489&sr=8-1&keywords=iron-x
Thanks Popkins. I was confused because carpro 's site Click Herestates as such but Amazon specifically warns against Click Here using it on chrome & bare medals.
