Edit: After closer inspection this one has a plastic case too, so now I am unsure.
Yes there is an all metal model (I was able to find it on Amazon), but it is like double the price.
Casio World Time. $27 on amazon. I believe it has been called the “Casio Royale” but I’m not sure why. Really cool piece for the price and functionality.
I know mine is definitely stainless steel! I didn’t know there were plastic ones, but this is the one I have.
I got a Casio Men's AE1200WHD-1A Stainless Steel Analog Digital Watch for Christmas but haven't worn it since it does not fit my wrist since I have small wrists. Is there a certain band people recommend for small wrists or a way I can shorten this for cheap?
For those of us who aren't made of money, there's the "Casio
no no no no
listen, I'm a bit of an amateur watch guy, these are the new old hotness.
Bond wore one.
I decided to get this. Thank you! :)
This might be a strech but I think we might have the same watch. It wouldn't be this one would it?
It looks like amazon just lessened the sale price but still a great deal.

Man the Casios are P U R E C L A S S and are actually very popular for their utility and price point over at r/watches. F91W is a reliable classic for $10. If you double the price to $20, you can get one of the stainless steel ones like the World Time Casio Men's AE1200WHD-1A Stainless Steel Digital Watch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0094B79CI/
Here is the Casio AE1200WHD-1A on Stainless Steel.
Great watch, rated #1 men's watch on Amazon. Of all the deals on Prime Day, this resonated with me the most. Looking forward to beating this watch to the ground.
Correct me if wrong, but I think it's only a valid offer in Canada?
Stole it for $21 CAD which is $16 USD.
If you order one as well, let me know.
I'm looking for a watch with a few specific characteristics, and don't really know where to look. I usually buy the cheapest casio watch I can find at walmart and they work just fine, but there are a few features I'm looking for and I'd rather just get something that fits the bill, so, in order of importance:
Comfort: most of these watches seem to have rubber/silicone bands which I find very uncomfortable and stiflingly hot. I'll also mention I have very, very thin wrists. I've found metal and leather bands more comfortable, and have never tried cloth.
Features: I need a good light, and I brew gongfu tea often and need to time brews, so accurate, big and easy to see second counting is helpful, but not like, dire.
As far as calendars go, if I can get the date and day of the week, I'm happy. Not expecting any fancy calendrical complications in my price range, which brings me to:
Looking for something under or about $100. [link] I was considering this one, but it seems like it has some complications I just don't need. I prefer analog, but this doesn't matter too much. I like minimalist styling but also like when things have a very distinctive style or features (the world map above being an example).
I get that this is ridiculously general, but anything helps.
Edit: as far as styling goes, just saw this post [link] and I love this very bare, old-pocket-watch looking face
It sounds like you have pretty small wrists so most G shocks would be way too big. Honestly I’d recommend you get a Casio Royale like this...
It’s cheap, well made, gets the job done, and is really pleasing to look at.
Got mine off of Amazon.
It’s on sale now for $25 on Amazon
$25 USD for steel.

Looking for a digital watch like this but I want it to have more of an 80s retro look.
Anyone got suggestions for a bracelet for this? The stock bracelet is not very good.
I mean if you just need two time zones on the cheap the Casio Royale is all you'll ever need.

Thanks! and that watch looks rad! I just picked this casio up because I destroyed the last couple watches that I had. The one I'd probably go back to is the Orient Mako in blac, but I've also had my eyes on the Rodina. You might like this casio as well!
Challenging becasue I have small wrists (<6in circumference) so most durable watches look clown-sized on me. The only digital watch I would spend substantial money on is this g-shock, probably.
the more criteria listed, the less of a probability you will find what you are looking for.
what are the reasons behind the criteria?
none-the-less. how about this Casio?
