CEC Industries 7219 Bulbs, 12 V,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00L8BR76A?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Buy these. Pull the climate control unit, unscrew the bulbs from the back, use a sharp pick tool and unwind the wire from around the bulb. Take the new bulb from Amazon, wrap the wire around the same plastic holder and plug it back in. Super simple. Saves you about $9 a bulb.
You can use these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L8BR76A/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
All you have to do is unthread the wiring from the round plastic base, then wrap the new bulb wires around it the same way. Incredibly easy. Buy two packs, and do ALL the bulbs for the cost of two dealer bulbs!
Some have the little rubber plastic cover - just roll that off the old one and onto the new one and voila, it works!
If you don't do them all, 1) others will burn out soon since they've all been used the same amount of time since new, and 2) some will be brighter than others and will trigger one's OCD.
TL:DR For $8 worth of bulbs, and a few hours of time you can fix this.
I just did this in my 06 TL.
I replaced both the bulbs climate control and the steering wheel.
Parts are inexpensive (with the method I chose); if you are doing the labor, it can be time consuming.
Here's the bulbs you need. Amazon Link
This is a 10 pack of bulbs. There's something like 4 bulbs down each side, so you'll want at least one 10 pack of bulbs.
For the climate control, you have to pull the whole nav unit.
You have two tasks
1) Remove the Nav unit (There are YouTube videos on this; It's an involved process, I would budget 30-60 minutes to accomplish it--basically you start at the back of console between the seats and work your way forward).
2) Bulb replacement
Once you've accomplished Task 1, you can accomplish Task 2 at the location of your choice (kitchen table? Workbench?).
Bulb replacement steps
1) Place the Nav screen/Climate control unit face down on a towel/soft surface.
2) Notice the plastic light bases (look light plastic screws). Using a screwdriver, twist them out (quarter turn is all that is required). You may want to use a small pick to help free them once you've unscrewed them.
3) Once you have the plastic light bases out, take the small pick and untwist the copper leads from the old light bulb.
4) Take the new light bulb, place in the plastic holder, and twist the new leads in the same manner as the old bulb. Trim the excess leads with a small pair of diagonal cutters once you've gotten the leads in the right spot.
5) Reinstall the light bulb base/bulb assemblies in the climate control surround.
**Note, most bulbs have a blue light filter (looks like a small condom) over the bulb, which you can remove and reuse on your new bulb. Be gentle, and remove it with your fingernails. If you want, you can purchase more filters from Amazon as well.
Tools Needed
Good luck with your project; it's immediately rewarding once you get this fixed.
I replaced all those that needed it by wiring in a new bulb, not the whole assembly.

This is the answer. If you are comfortable with soldering. I used these bulbs to fix mine
CEC BULB LED MICRO 270L https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00L8BR76A?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I cannot speak for the honda Si, but i have the same issue for my honda ridgeline.
I ordered some lights from amazon. Basically you have to take the dash apart, get to the light, take the old bulb out and put in the new bulb. yes you can but the whole fixture for like 10$ a bulb - or just buy a pack of bulbs. You will reuse the "bulb condoms" for specific colors).

These are the bulbs i bought. They are not LED.

If you are going to do this., you could switch to LED, but do a little bit more research to figure out sizing. You could also change the colors if you want.. like decide instead of amber, you want red, or blue or something.
