Mo42 Ceramic mouse feet. I got these at GameStop for $7 on clearance about 4 years ago and never looked back. They're smoother than PTFE and unlike Superglides, I can keep reusing the same ones on any mouse.
I use the speed side. These are the ceramic mouse feet I use. Both the feet and pad look brand new after 2 years.
Ceramic are also good for speed, but you know, do your own research on those, maybe too fast for some people, plenty of videos on youtube.
This is a magnetic bed taken from a dead 3D printer. It's a solid, 6mm thick plate of aluminum with some strong magnets inset into one side. The surface is a thin sheet of spring steel with an adhesive sheet of what I believe is PEI. These PEI sheets are meant to be used for 3D printing, giving the molten plastic more surface area to stick to. Specifically, the sheet I used is made by Overture, which is included when you buy rolls of their plastic filament. I don't think that Overture sells these sheets on their own, but there are plenty of other options that I would bet are identical.
The surface of the PEI sheet is hard and bumpy, but smooth. As you can see, with ceramic feet, the mouse practically floats over the surface like an air-hockey puck, although you can feel the roughness of the surface through the mouse. The nice thing is, even with substantial weight on the mouse, it doesn't bind, keeping the dynamic friction consistent, and the static friction nearly imperceptible when things get intense during epic gaming sessions. It appears to me as though the actual PEI part of the sheet is clear, with the black surface and grid details being a flat, printed surface underneath. When using a G903 with teflon skates, the experience is not nearly as pleasant, especially with the weight of your hand on top. It's rough in a way that feels like you're sanding off your skates.
Also, keep in mind, I have this basically attached to a block of aluminum, which isn't at all necessary. It just need to be something rigid. Even the thin sheet of spring steel that the PEI is glued to is enough in terms of rigidity, but the aluminum is nice if you want a cool surface for your hand/wrist.
Yes, but no. Kind of. If you're like me, and you like your mouse to mouse pad relationship uncontrollably slippy, this + ceramic feet is definitely a good option. However, the roughness of the surface is very noticeable, and potentially a slight problem for tracking. If I were to describe it, I would say it's like a sheet of 150 grit sandpaper, if the sand was smooth, rigid plastic. I don't mind the feeling of the roughness, but the unevenness of it can maybe make tracking inconsistent in the most minute, and frustrating ways (at least with the Kain 200), only because inconsistencies in tracking are very small, and very infrequent; enough to where I'm still not sure if it's even really an issue or if I'm imagining it. If you can find a similar sheet like this with a finer surface, I'd love to hear how you like it.
Regardless, this is going to be my daily driver until I get my hands on a finer sheet. If you use a corded mouse, the weight of your cord is definitely going to be more noticeable with this setup, if that's something that bothers you. I've used teflon skates with an aluminum mat, a shiden-kai, and glass, but this is still the slippiest, glidiestest surface I've used so far. Longevity remains to be seen, of course.
It is a Roccat Kain 200 Aimo. It's modded with 4 circular ceramic feet (and eventually, a new, custom skeletal shell. stay tuned).
I'd love to hear if anyone has any other super-slippery solutions. I normally only lurk here from time to time, but feel free to ask me any questions!

Ceramic mouse feet that don't wear down. Really slippery and nice stopping power. If you want most consistent mouse feet, these are them.
Downsides are that they wear down the mouse pad more than regular ones and that they are 20e + shipping. Hardpads like helios won't wear down.
Four of these things: https://www.amazon.com/Ceramic-mouse-pads-Lexip-PC-Mac/dp/B07MW5XJ8G

Worth noting that I mostly play Overwatch and main roles like Wrecking Ball and Tracer which really benefit from sudden fast movements. If I am playing something like Ashe or Ana, which are more about precise shots, I tend to switch to another mouse (Orochi v2 with regular pads, or even my G303 Shroud).
Ceramic skates ftw.
OOO,

You will most probably end up with fucked up mouse feet afterwards. Don't think it matters too much on hard mouse pads, but it kept catching on my cloth mat. I bought those ceramic mouse feet and its pretty damn good to use.
I replaced the feet with these and left the screws exposed

if you want the glidiest mouse feet on the market get these:

they can be put on almost any mouse, you don't need to put them where your mouse normally has grooves for it. they technically should last forever, unlike ptfe feet, while having the smoothest performance out there. but most ppl think it's too smooth, but you never know if you'll like it until you try it.
