I worked for a place that literally hired the lady that wrote an Agile textbook...
Well as the saying goes: 'If you can, do. If you can't, teach'. She's now onto her "fifth Agile organization". She was horrible and actually made things worse, but hey, she wrote a book.
The company didn't quite learn it's lesson and hired the guy that wrote the manuals for Oracle... He actually kept his books on his desk for people to see...
