These clamps are for securing a green screen to a frame but they might work for your purposes:
Plastic clamps like these guys right here:
So far I've put in my cart 4 of these in 4 colors https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/486218-REG/Savage_56_1253_Widetone_Seamless_Background_Paper.html
And would probably need to purchase 4 flashes of these to have enough light. 3 point lighting plus 1 for creating depth in backround
then these to hold the paper, unless you can correct me if im wrong or if theres a more economical way to do this stand https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004AZ38Z0/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I2M2R8NLL73BB5&colid=2Z4D5PIWPIHC9 clips https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E6GRHBO/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I1HIGO6AWIIMVC&colid=2Z4D5PIWPIHC9
Im still missing what id need to hold the 4 flashes
or am i using too much money already?
You can always build a cheap stand with PVC Piping and pipe glue. Cost you maybe 5 bucks. Then use some clips like these: http://www.amazon.com/Heavy-Duty-Muslin-Clamps-inch/dp/B004AZ38Z0/ref=pd_sim_p_4?ie=UTF8&refRID=1VM308CESHEKP34P3T4X
