I have a Palisade with the light (basically white) leather interior and two kids that don't listen to no feet on the seats (they're pre-teens).
For every day clean ups I use leather wipes. Whatever is in stock: ArmorAll, Meguires, Weiman. And by everyday I mean just quick cleans. Same goes for the hard surfaces, just the wipes but for interior.
For thorough cleanings I use the Chemical Guys leather cleaner and conditioner with their horse hair brush. (Tip on the brush the hairs do come off it quite easily but I just wipe them away with a cloth.) There's a sponge they sell too but I just end up using a microfiber cloth. I followed the video they have posted on Amazon. I actually like a lot of their products. They have this hard water spot remover that is amazing - sometimes when I park outside and the sprinklers go off the water gets blown toward my car and leaves those spots. Their stuff gets the spots off the easiest, quickest, and least amount of steps.
I have no suggestions on the glitter other than wipe with damp cloth then clean. Unfortunately, glitter is the herpes of the arts and craft world.
I just ran out of my old leather cleaner and still have leather seats to clean in my current car while I wait on my MY delivery so I picked some new stuff up. Do you think this would still be ok on the Tesla leather? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001TJ3HUG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_30QPV8TYRFAKDMHSPRFM
This what I use to clean and condition leather in our Hondas (including a 19 Touring):
Chemical Guys SPI_109_16 Leather Cleaner and Leather Conditioner Kit for Use on Leather Apparel, Furniture, Car Interiors, Shoes, Boots, Bags & More (2 - 16 Oz Bottles) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B001TJ3HUG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_MT7ZA8GKSYV9YYQMY3YD?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
You need to put the conditioner on or the leather will deteriorate over time, seen it on our 06 Pilot.
Use a clean old tshirt or microfiber cloth to clean. Another clean one to appy conditioner. Buff after conditioner drys for 15 minutes with another clean cloth. It will feel a little slick for a few days, you can buff again with a clean cloth.
Cheap leather conditioners like are used by the used car place that you likely bought the Pilot from are very slippery since they contain silicone oils and similar stuff.
Dont ckean the leather with anything stronger than diluted ammonia window cleaner, really just use a proper leathet cleaner like is included in that kit.
Cheap
Chemical Guys + Microfiber FTW. My dad decided to sit in my car with fresh sunscreen on my third day of ownership and stained the hell out of the seat. Chemical Guys took it right out and looks like the seat is fresh out of the factory.

And as a worst case. Bring it to the car detailed with the best reputation in your area.
Not a guarantee. But definitely worth trying before spending a bunch

Hmm, I use their leather cleaner, then the conditioner. Keeps the leather supple. Shampoo for the carpets, and generic cleaner for the door sills.
Best thing to do is keep them clean and conditioned. I like the Chemical Guy's stuff (https://www.amazon.com/Chemical-Guys-Leather-Conditioner-Complete/dp/B001TJ3HUG/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1496751911&sr=8-5&keywords=car+leather+conditioner) but any leather conditioner should do.
Remember, leather is just skin, don't let it dry out! Condition the leather every couple months.
I got this stuff with a horse hair brush and it works wonders on leather
