They sell jack pads on Amazon for like $25with a case. You can probably find them cheaper without a case but I like the case option as it keeps them organized and they aren't floating around all over the place. See link below:
As for service I can't say, I'm waiting on my MYLR maybe others can chime in.
They don't come with the car. This is what I bought but I'm sure there are lots of options out there.
The left “looks better” but it’s likely below the minimum tread depth as well. The one on the right is terrifyingly low.
Any reputable shop that does alignments can do it. You don’t have to go to Tesla SC.
Just ask if they have done other Tesla vehicles and if they have the Jack Pads to use when lifting the vehicle. If there is a local tesla group they’ll typically know good shops.
Congrats on taking delivery! Yes make sure you get the pads, don’t let anyone jack the car without them. You try to jack it in the wrong spot and can damage the battery. I ordered these:

How was your fit/finish? I had only one tiny issue with my build 36k vin. The front truck was slightly misaligned. Took delivery last week from Brooklyn.
Sure thing.

Tires rotated is pretty cut and dry. Just ensure the shop has the correct pucks/jack pads. You could even go ahead and buy a set on Amazon for < $30 to keep in the car. For brakes, unless you have an insane amount of miles on your car, they're probably fine due to the regenerative braking.
But if you insist on a nearby Tesla specialist, I'd probably go to Electrified Garage in Ocala like the other person said.
thank you. i didn't find any jack pads that comes with the car, but I did find some on amazon.
