For something lighthearted with a lot of adventure, I'd recommend Cinnamon Bun.
Will Wight's Cradle has a fair bit of exploring the world after the first book. (Eight books are out: the first book feels a bit more like a setting intro.)
I actually just finished the few couple hundred chapters of Cinnamon Bun and if you want a palete cleanser, this is it. It's a wholesome isekai in a LitRPG world wherein our female lead goes on friendship-making adventures. (review, amazon, RoyalRoad)
There's also the widely known Beware of Chicken (review, amazon): Slice of life cultivation novel, very wholesome, about a reincarnated person trying to get away from Xianxia tropes.
Cinnamon Bun on RoyalRoad certainly does "lighthearted".

There's a book form but I don't know where it ends compared to RR's latest.

So...
I'm not saying that you should read it because I didn't read past chapter one...
But this book exists: Cinnamon Bun
