Get a moped that is faster than 25 mph and see how warm your gloves keep your hands. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001NOJ6IY/ Handlebar mitts are the way to go but there has been ice and snow on my street almost every day since late November/early December this year and I have spent more than enough time in the hospital and have more than enough moped related scars and metal in my body to satisfy my need for injury.
