I don't bottom much but I do have this shower attachment that has never failed me when I was in that type of mood. I think the problem with most guys is they think that more water is better - but it's not. You're only trying to clean the first portion of your rectum. If the water goes up into your intestines, it will trigger more than you've bargained for at that point. A little water a few times until it comes out clear and that's it.

I go once every morning, sometimes again later if I eat a lot.

I bought this shower attachment (haven't used yet). Should I get a longer wand attachment? Not sure if it matters if I just hold the water in long enough such that it flows up into the colon or if I need to actually get the attachment to go up to the colon.

I think this is mostly psychological, in that I can completely give in to the experience and enjoy.

(I will also take fiber as well, which seemed to help, but the game changer was the shower enema).

Prep and protection. I don't recommend going from zero to penis if you don't have much experience down there. Try not to eat too much leading up to fun time but definitely include lots of fiber in your diet. Makes prep work easier if you have something like this. A lube launcher and a cute butt plug to warm up with aren't bad ideas either. If pain is a problem down there you could try numbing cream or poppers but I don't recommend them for the inexperienced. There's potential to do harm with numbing cream and poppers just aren't good for you.

Hey there, Bi man here. The secret is cleaning out the colon beforehand. Get the enema shower adaptor, spray cold low pressure water inside. Then quickly move to the toilet. Repeat until water comes out clear.

You have to get over the whole "poop is nasty" mindset. It is but that doesn't mean you'll be ingesting it your mouth.

Basically, drink lots of water, eat lots of fiber, poop like normal, then lube this thing up, run water up your butt, and release. Some people prefer to walk over to the toilet and release. My suggestion is to always have a spray bottle of bleach solution so when you're done releasing (into toilet or shower drain) you spray the entire tub and toilet area to disinfect.

Basically hook it up in the shower (I use the bigger attachment cause the small one was too strong) insert and clench your abs for a few seconds then release. Repeat that for a few minutes and you will be cleaned out for the rest of the day.

Here are my thoughts on this topic:

1. I take 3-4 days of cleaning out because I want to be able to play deep for hours and not worry

3. On day 2 (or about 48 hrs. before go time), I switch to a liquid-only diet and do my clean-out in the morning and at night
4. On the last day, I do 3 big clean-outs spaced out through the day, and a few rinses with a bulb a couple hours before the action
