Great list, I can identify with several of those. For me, #6 is the biggest one. Behavior modification can bring temporary change, but attacking the root of our sin (lust, but maybe its actually pride, escapism, anger, desire for control that is grown out in PMO) through the Holy Spirit is what brings about lasting change. This past week, I began each day by reading a section of scripture along with a commentary, then reading through Tim Chester's Closing the Window (I highly recommend). Then, that's when I sit down and spend time praying. I have never been a big prayer, but recently a sermon brought to my attention that it is quite an honor that we are able to speak with God as Sons and daughters! (In the OT, it was a lot different. With the Holy Spirit and Jesus, we can enter directly into His presence, and His in us). I pray about PMO, in complete sentences in my head, but I also pray about other things. Lastly, I watch a worship song or 2 and praise God! All I have is Christ and 10,000 reasons have been my favorites this week)
