I would try to submerge it in clr, or at least brush clr on the clogged orifices
Maybe they mean CLR: Calcium Lime Rust. Amazon Link.
Have you tried CLR? (be advised CLR is very toxic, so clean it off thoroughly before putting livestock in tank).
Well if they are rusting, something like CLR may help clean it.
I would usually want to take something and let it soak in a small container full of the CLR, but I don't think those jingles are going to be easily removable. It would be a bit tedious, but could probably still work applying with a cloth to each one and kinda polishing it.
Recipe for CLR? It’s a cleaning solution. Here it is
You need to unscrew the aerator at the end of the spout then soak in some white vinegar or CLR over night this will clean any mineral deposits stuck in your aerator
UK Amazon I hope this helps
That grout has hard water stains and not mold. It should clean up nicely with a product like CLR.
I'm guessing CLR in a heavy concentration will likely help quite a bit - would likely turn the water off (at the valve), flush the toilet several times to remove as much water from the tank as possible, and then spray at full concentration onto all the affected areas and let it sit overnight. Turn water valve back on in the morning, and flush it out. Will likely take several applications and soaks.

I had to google that, and looking at the list of ingredients, which mostly seem to be various acids, I can't think of anything else with the same composition (though you can of course get a wide range of various acid-based cleaning products, just look in your local supermarket).
But if you need that particular product, it's available e.g. on Amazon for 20 EUR.

I didn't actually know, so I did a search: "Calcium, Lime, and Rust Remover."
